The Team BassBang Presentation
The BassBang team started out as a little excuse to rightfully skip classes. That was until one of our teammates’ sibling had an idea about non-gravity. While thinking about the idea that our teammate's sibling gave, we decided to do the opposite. So we looked into artificial gravity. And one of our teammates remembered a film named Elysium. I, James, came across the O’Neill books. The space stations I looked at gave me a few ideas. Artificial living spaces. What if we just had stations like this placed across the galaxy? We could start our own systems.
Arc Station
The station comprises of 3 levels. The first is the core cylindrical station where storage and transportation will be handled. the second level is our habitat level. It contains soil, water, grass, harmless animals, shelters, and us humans. The third is the agricultural level where farmers will work on simple food sources like wheat, vegetables, basic fruits.

Some problems we may encounter:
Water: First of all, a tank full of water will be supplied from the World, then this water will be cycled with the steam system.
Food: The outer circle of the station is planned to be used for agriculture. This will supply the basic nutritional needs.
The sun: The creatures in the terrarium need natural solar energy. We will use an automatic mirror system for this.
Asteroid danger: We will use durable metals for this.
Health care: Those who will go to the station should get an inspection certificate. In case of an epidemic, the corridors connecting the two circles will be used as quarantine zones.
